Machine Guard

This video features a Machine Guard that was constructed using Moxitec's L-Shape aluminum tubing with 2 way and 3 way tube connectors. Each component is designed to simplify the building process. Our aluminum extrusions can be paired with a variety of molded nylon connectors to create a customized solution for safety enclosures.

Moxi tube is perfect for industrial applications such as machine guards, tables, carts, partitions and portable room enclosures. The unique L Shape tube design makes it easy to insert clear acrylic, aluminum or plastic panels. Each frame can be built as a single structure or modular panels.

Moxitec offers a wide selection of aluminum frame components that are easy to assemble. These components are used to build light-weight structural frames without miter cutting or welding.

The L-tube profile and 3-way tube connectors can be seen in this machine guard application to frame an enclosure for a robotic arm. The rectangular tubing (R-Tube) and Winged T shaped connectors are used as the internal horizontal supports to help add additional support for the acrylic panels.
