Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

Returns may be issued within 30 days of the original purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Items must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Modified or Custom products

Large volume or special orders may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25%.

To complete your return, please contact our sales office for a return authorization. Please do not send your purchase back without a return authorization number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
 

If you haven't received your refund within 14 days of the return please contact sales@moxitec.com.
