Rectangular (Tight Fit) Aluminum Tubing

1.5 inch Rectangular (Tight Fit) Aluminum Tubing has extra ridges on the inside of each tube. These ridges are designed to help grip the leg of the connector and create a tight fit that is difficult to pull apart. Tubing is available in mill finish (raw aluminum) or powder coated. Mill finish is unfinished raw aluminum that comes direct from the extrusion process and is more susceptible to scratches and oxidation. Powder coating is a coating that is applied electrostatically and heat cured to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. MOXI 1500 Series aluminum tubing comes in 1.5 inch L-Tube and 1.5 inch R-Tube configurations. Each tube is engineered to fit MOXI 1500 Series corresponding connector joints. These unique MOXI Joints are designed to make projects easier and more cost effective. Simply cut the tubing to size using a hand saw or electric chop saw and tap in the desired 1500 Series Joint.
